My boyfriend and I thought The Bradford would be the PERFECT new home for us. Boy were we wrong. We traveled here last Saturday under the impression the leasing office was open from 10 am-5. Upon arrival at 11 am there was nobody to be found. We contacted the corporate office to set up a tour at 1130 and were told we would be contacted shortly when the agent was ready. We stayed in the area and came back around 1140 for nobody to still be in the office. Again, we called the corporate office and were told they should be around shortly and to just hang out in the area and we should receive a call. We NEVER heard a thing and now on Zillow the price has been heightened by $70 for the one bedroom we were interested in viewing. Im very disappointed with the service and lack of communication as we had cash in hand and wanted to move in immediately. I definitely do not suggest even wasting your time with them.
